The Children’s Museum of Lake Charles

The Children’s Museum offers a unique hands-on atmosphere for children and their parents to interact and have fun while learning. Each month they offer a full list of programs and host ArtSpace Workshops and special event guests throughout the year.

Central School – Arts and Humanities Council of Southwest Louisiana

In 1993, the Central School was restored and became an Arts & Humanities center, and was redesigned to serve as studios, galleries, and performance spaces. The Central School also houses The Mardi Gras Museum of Imperial Calcasieu, featuring all sorts of Mardi Gras memorabilia and costumes.
